For 19 years as a judge, prosecutor and defense lawyer, I’ve witnessed the proliferation of designer drugs, the increasing potency of marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine; and I am inspired  to do something about it.

After taking office as Presiding Judge of the Jefferson County Drug Court, I realized the exciting obligation and opportunity to use my vision, experience and personal commitment to continue the success of Drug Court and mold it into a national model to combat this heinous disease of addiction and the damage it causes society.

Drug Court is designed by law enforcement and the courts for  non-violent offenders who want to live Drug Free Lives. This year’s election is your chance to help law enforcement as well as possibly someone close to you.

Regardless of your affiliations, stand with me on November 4 to  support Drug Court with my Experience, Integrity and Dedication for all the citizens in Jefferson County
